These Terms govern use of the mobile app Dzin (Android package app.kovis.dzin) published by Kovis (website https://kovis.app, contact: kovisapp@gmail.com).
By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.

Dzin is an hourly chime and related tools (interval, voice, hour strikes, pause, quiet hours, and similar). Core features are free. The app has no ads.
Some extended features may be grouped as Dzin+. The exact set can change; see what the app itself shows.
You receive a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on your devices under these Terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from (Google Play, RuStore, AppGallery, or another channel).
You do not own the app, trademarks, code, design, sounds, or copy. Reverse engineering, bypassing access controls, reselling, renting, or otherwise commercially redistributing the app without written permission is prohibited, except where mandatory law allows it.
Dzin+ is optional.
• Google Play (play build): Dzin+ digital features are not unlocked via Telegram, promo codes, or other external methods outside Google Play rules. If Google Play Billing purchases appear in the app, Google Play’s terms and your Google account purchase record also apply.
Voluntary tips/donations are not a Dzin+ purchase and unlock nothing in the app.

Use the app lawfully and for its intended purpose. Do not disrupt the server, bypass license checks, abuse support, or impersonate others.
You are responsible for device settings (battery optimization, exact-alarm permissions) that affect chime delivery. The app warns about common OEM limits but cannot override every system policy.
App server: https://dzin.kovis.app. It is used for license checks, promo codes, optional statistics, diagnostics you send, and the Telegram bot. On-device chimes can work without constant network access.
Kovis may update the app and change or discontinue features, including server-backed ones. Material changes to these Terms appear on this page with a new date at the top.
The app is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Kovis does not warrant uninterrupted operation on every device, firmware, or Android version, or that every chime will fire under aggressive battery saving or OS limits.
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Kovis’s liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for Dzin+ in the past 12 months (or zero if you only used free features). Nothing here limits non-waivable consumer rights, including in the EEA and the United Kingdom.
The app is not directed at children and is not designed to collect data about minors. If you give a device to a child, you are responsible for their use of the app.
These Terms are subject to the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence and to the rules of Google Play or the other store you installed from. Nothing here waives rights that cannot be waived by agreement.
